Fresh & Cheerful! These are a couple of things that come to my mind when I see these colors together...Turquoise, Lime Green, and Lemon Yellow. In other words, an analogous color scheme...Blue Green through Yellow Orange. Tulips are one of the first flowers to bloom as winter fades into spring. So here is to new beginnings! Enjoy!
