A simple trip with a friend, Robyn Brooks, to the Louisville Antique Market lit the inner fire to paint. Robyn bought this sugar bowl and a matching creamer. She couldn't get this sughar bowl polished fast enough. The balloon flowers were blooming out by my garden bridge and together a painting was born. So much fun right down to the thinnest details. Cheri uses a limited number of colors and a combination of Oils and Alkyds that results in most colors drying overnight. However, you may use any medium you choose.
